🎉 How to Set Up Live Wallpapers on Your Windows PC
Want to bring your desktop to life with stunning animated wallpapers? Follow this step-by-step guide to easily set up live wallpapers using the DesktopHut Luna Software.
1. Download the Live Wallpaper Software
First, go to the official DesktopHut website:
From the top navigation menu, click on SOFTWARE.
Then, from the submenu, choose DESKTOP.
You’ll be taken to the software page. Scroll down until you find the DOWNLOAD NOW button and click it.
This will download a 158MB ZIP file containing the software. No installation is required—just extract and run!
2. Extract the Software
Go to your Downloads folder and locate the file: DesktopHut-Luna-v1.11.5.zip.
Right-click on the ZIP file and select Extract All...
Choose your preferred destination folder and click Extract.
Once extraction is complete, open the new folder: DesktopHut-Luna-v1.11.5
3. Launch the Application
Double-click the file DesktopHutLiveWallpaper.exe to launch the software.
If you receive a Windows security alert, click Run. This happens because the app is not digitally signed.
4. Set Your Live Wallpaper
Once the software is open, you’ll see the main interface. To choose a wallpaper, click BROWSE VIDEO.
Navigate to the folder where you’ve saved your video or GIF wallpapers, select one, and click OPEN.
Now, simply click the PLAY button to activate your live wallpaper.

Bonus Tip: You can also browse and download wallpapers directly from the built-in gallery inside the app. Just click the Download button, and the wallpaper will automatically apply!
